Old Work
The Temple
Back in highschool, this piece was by far my favorite. While today I look at it and could tear apart the lack of materials, bad foliage, weird lighting techniques, etc. this piece will always have a spot in my heart as a favorite.
Chess Set!
The very first chess set I ever rendered was one that I made in an engineering class. The class had us model chess sets using fasteners and bolts in Autodesk Inventor. I exported the assets as STL's, imported them into 3DS Max, and made this render.
Unfortunately, past me didn't know that queens face queens and kings face kings!

Final Engineering Render
At the end of the year, my engineering teacher, Mrs. Mig, asked me to showcase some of the work we had done in engineering. I had several students send me their models, exported them as STL's, applied colors to the models, and rendered them into this showcase scene.
Diner
This scene, while interesting, shows how early I was in modeling. You can literally see where I grabbed the vertexes of shapes and yanked them into shape, instead of properly modeling things. Nonetheless, this was a fun early project.
Random Thing
Most of the time, my best early work was made on accident. Due to me not knowing how to properly UV wrap materials, I got this cool effect on a pedestal thing, rendered it, and called it a cool render.
Hydroflask
I'll give it to my past self, these look okay. Near the end of my time in High School, and at the start of college, I began learning some actual modeling techniques. Doing this helped me create some of these okay looking renders.
Alexander Gordan Smith
At one point during highschool, I read a book series called "Escape From Furnace". I liked it so much that I reached out to the book author and asked him if I could create a game for him.
The game was terrible, but at least I got this render out of one of my scenes.

Clock
Yet another random render from high school, this clock was another piece I made for fun when trying to get better at 3DS Max.
